Delete Your Account or Data

We respect your right to control your data. Below are your options.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We process all deletion requests within 7 business days and will send you a confirmation once complete.

1. Delete Your Account

  1. Open the FUN AT WORK app and go to Settings → Reset All Progress. This clears all local data on your device.
  2. Send an email to contact@funat.work from the email address associated with your account.
  3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  4. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your Supabase auth account and all associated cloud data within 7 business days.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

✅ What will be deleted:

  • Your Supabase auth account (email)
  • All learning progress synced to cloud (XP, levels, streaks, badges, riddles solved)
  • Domain progress and daily mission history
  • AI interaction fingerprints stored locally

ℹ️ What may be retained:

  • Anonymous analytics events (if any) that are not linkable to your identity
  • Server logs retained for up to 30 days for security and fraud prevention

2. Delete Data Without Deleting Account

  1. Open the FUN AT WORK app and go to Settings → Reset All Progress.
  2. This immediately erases all local data: XP, levels, streaks, badges, and completed riddles.
  3. To also delete your cloud-synced progress while keeping your account:
  4. Send an email to contact@funat.work with subject: "Data Deletion Request".
  5. We will wipe all progress data from Supabase within 7 business days while preserving your auth account.

✅ What will be deleted:

  • All learning progress (XP, levels, streaks, badges)
  • Completed riddle history
  • Domain-specific progress tracking
  • Daily mission completion records

ℹ️ What may be retained:

  • Your email address (to maintain login capability)
  • Account creation date
  • Anonymous analytics not linked to your identity
