To sync progress across devices, you may create an account using your email address via Supabase magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- AI-generated content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Service content without our prior written consent.
6. Payments and Energy System
The Service may offer optional energy packs or subscriptions for purchase through third-party payment processors such as Razorpay. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change at any time.
- Energy packs and subscriptions are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid feature at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers for authentication (Supabase), AI content generation (Groq, Moonshot AI/DeepSeek), analytics (PostHog), and payments (Razorpay). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUN AT WORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
